Let The Adventures Begin!

“The wind took Lilly and tumbled her end over end”. She smacks into our next character,
a white butterfly with yellow and brown stripes named Thaddeus. Resting on the raspberry patch they learn that helping each other will lead Thaddeus safely home.

The “storm clouds began to grumble and rumble” and rain drops begin to fall. Unable to fly home in the rain, Lilly is stranded on the other side of the valley. Ms. Bee and the buzzing bee’s come to the rescue. They form an umbrella and escort Lilly across the valley, back to the Tulip fields. Home at last from an exciting day of adventure, Lilly embraces her mother and reveals the lessons of the day.
In the first book, Lilly And The Awful Blowing Wind, our little lady bug is going to explore the valley on her own. The story opens with an obstacle pushing Lilly right out of her bed, “that awful blowing wind”.

After a yummy breakfast of “sweet tulip cakes with daffodil honey” Lilly is out the door and flying! Lilly starts out down towards the river until she is interrupted by an adventurous grasshopper named Skipper. Together our characters will explore the river valley with twist and turns along the way. When they finally escape from the coils of the yellow striped slithering snake, that awful blowing wind get's in the way!
